Jerome Davis
15+ years in the construction industry, starting as a plasterer and expanding into carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and more. Jerome has project-managed hundreds of renovations across the South East and spent the last 4 years investing in property education under mentors like Kevin McDonnell, Ranjan Bhattacharya, and Alfred Dzadey.
James Davis
Originally an electrician and now the operational brain behind Davis Brothers Developments. James manages finances, systems, and tenant relationships - ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
